The team is vibrant, multicultural, and united by a shared love for storytelling, travel, and impact.The Role: Spanish Sales ConsultantAs a Spanish Sales Consultant, you'll design and sell high-end, tailor-made travel itineraries for Spanish-speaking guests across Africa. You'll bring destinations to life through your expert advice, personalised service, and attention to detail creating journeys that exceed expectations and foster lifelong memories.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign customised luxury travel experiences across Southern & East Africa and the Indian Ocean IslandsShare expert destination knowledge and consultative advice on properties and experiencesManage client bookings, payments, and supplier relationships efficiently and accuratelyDeliver exceptional, end-to-end client service and support throughout the travel journeyAchieve and exceed individual sales, revenue, and conversion targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partnersCollaborate with internal specialists to ensure a seamless, world-class experienceAbout YouFluent in Spanish (spoken and written) essential2-5 years experience in luxury travel, tour operating, or hospitality salesProven success in selling tailor-made travel experiencesStrong destination knowledge of Southern & East Africa and the Indian Ocean IslandsExcellent communication, consultative sales, and relationship-building skillsExperience using travel booking systems (e.g. Kaptio, Globetrack, Tourplan)Matric / National Senior Certificate requiredPreferred:Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related fieldWhy You'll Love This RoleBe part of a purpose-driven brand redefining luxury travel across AfricaWork alongside a passionate, creative, and multicultural teamJoin a company that values sustainability, community upliftment, and genuine connectionEnjoy opportunities to travel and experience the continent first-handCompetitive base salary plus commission structure and 4% pension contribution20 days annual leave, hybrid flexibility, and exclusive staff travel deals
