  • Ensure compliance with CIPC, direct and indirect taxation returns
  • Review and revise contracts, offer opinions as needed
  • Assist with small acquisitions, start-ups, and due diligence
  • Manage property and tax strategies, and structure plans
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes
  • Be prepared for potential limited travel
  • Lead a small team, maximizing engagement, performance, and deliverables
  • Provide professional support through mentorship and clear communication of roles and responsibilities
  • Create and manage KPIs, provide performance feedback, and assist in personal development plans
  • Ensure clarity of company and team strategy among team members
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a CA (SA)
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and processes, with Sage X3 experience being beneficial
Deep understanding of tax laws and current legislation
Excellent communication and listening skills
Hands-on, business-oriented approach
Strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities

Qualification:
CA (SA) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
