Job Description

Our Client, a busy upmarket contemporary dining restaurant located in Pretoria East seeks a strong Griller to join their kitchen team.

Previous experience in a similar role in a busy Restaurant Kitchen/Steakhouse environment is ideal. Preparation and production, correct cooking of various meat prepared according to menu standards. Ensure good kitchen Hygiene methods are used, ensure meat is cooked to perfection to Guests liking and request.

Qualifications

Relevant Culinary training is advantageous.

Skills

Reliable. Stable Track Record. Solid character. Able to handle pressure. Good at expediting grilled meat products in a timely manner, to ensure that the meat is done to Guest''s liking. Candidate must reside in Pretoria area.
