Data Mapper

Key Responsibilities:
- Map and transform healthcare data to and from clients standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity during the mapping process.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to design and implement data integration solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) when handling healthcare data.
- Document mapping specifications and work closely with the testing team to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data mappings.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the latest trends and developments in healthcare data standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in data mapping, particularly in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong understanding of clients standards and their application in healthcare data integration.
- Familiarity with various healthcare data structures (e.g., HL7, CCD, CDA).
- Experience with data transformation tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (preferred).
- English - Upper intermediate, Arabic - Advanced.
- Flexible for travel to Saudi Arabia.
