Key Responsibilities: rchitect, design and develop high-quality applications using C# and .NET (Framework / Core)Lead and deliver on complex features and system integrations, including APIs, microservices, and front-end/back-end coordinationCollaborate with product owners, UX/design teams, QA and DevOps to translate business requirements into technical solutionsMentor and guide mid-level and junior developers: code reviews, best practices, pair programmingMaintain and improve code quality, performance and scalability through refactoring, profiling and testingParticipate in the full SDLC: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenanceDrive continuous improvement: propose, evaluate and adopt new technologies, patterns and frameworksJob Experience and Key Requirements: 5+ years of professional development experience primarily in C# and .NET (Framework and/or Core)Strong mastery of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns and clean architectureExperience with web development frameworks: ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core / WebAPI (RESTful)Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server) and data access technologies (Entity Framework, LINQ)Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit/integration)Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skillsProven track record of delivering production-level software and working in agile/Scrum environmentsDesirable Skills: Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular or BlazorFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)Exposure to microservices architecture, message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)Experience mentoring teams or leading technical initiatives
