What You Will Do
- Process broker quotations, policy amendments, renewals and related transactions accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
- Apply underwriting guidelines to assess basic risk information and escal+?? complex or non-standard cases when required.
- Support Broker Consultants with broker queries, service requests and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with underwriting, service and governance requirements.
- Contribute to positive broker relationships through professional, responsive and solution-focused service.
- Actively participate in agricultural marketing initiatives, farmer days, exhibitions and industry events to develop market knowledge, build professional networks and gain practical exposure to the agricultural insurance environment.
