Sales Executive

- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Cross-sell and up-sell solutions to new and existing clients, enhancing overall value.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and grow client relationships to increase retention and maximize revenue potential.
- Work with internal teams to plan and manage yearly sales budgets and forecasts.
- Initiate and manage outbound contact with potential customers to generate leads.
- Drive revenue through both inside and field sales efforts.
- Conduct pricing and contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
What Do You Need?:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
- A strong hunter sales mindset energetic, proactive, and always looking for new business.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and client presentations.
- Computer literate and proficient in sales software tools.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
- A sales-related Diploma, Certificate, or Degree would be a strong advantage.
