Key Responsibilities:Accurately capturing, updating and maintaining all operational and maintenance data related to the business operations using the SAP modulesEnsure machine availability, utilization, maintenance activities, tyre and battery performance, and daily operational KPIs are correctly recorded and reportedThe position plays a critical role in providing reliable data to support production, maintenance planning, and management decision-makingCapture daily machine hours, breakdowns, and stoppagesAssist planners by maintaining updated backlog and outstanding work ordersRecord tyre inspections, wear measurements, pressure readings, and replacementsUpdate tyre movement (mounting, demounting, rotation, scrapping)Machine AvailabilityMachine UtilisationBreakdown hoursProvide daily performance dashboards to managementMinimum Requirements:Matric / Grade 12 (essential)Diploma in Office Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or related fieldMinimum 3 Years ExperienceTechnical qualification in the Automotive/Mining industryStrong working knowledge of SAP PM moduleExperience with Tyre and Battery Management ModulesCompetent in MS Excel for reportingAbility to analyse data and identify inconsistenciesKnowledge of mining fleet 0&M processes is highly desirable
