Duties
  • Production schedule - Keep up to date with production changes and production loss
  • Quality - Issues to be reported to Suppliers and resolved
  • Technical changes - Discuss with suppliers regarding any changes
  • Drawings - Keep up to date with changes made and new developments and send to necessary suppliers
  • Purchase ORDERS - Tools and maintenance on equipment needed for the production line
  • Bill of material - Building of vehicles on Syspro for the necessary parts to be allocated, maintain sub-assemblies to ensure correct parts and allocations
  • Procurement - Ensure that purchase orders are delivered on time and follow up on late orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and buying function
  • Health and Safety
