We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our products/services, generating sales, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE in Vereeniging.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Promote products, special offers, and promotions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Process sales and assist customers with enquiries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads and potential customers.
Keep the sales area neat, organised, and well presented.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven and motivated to achieve results.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
Reliable transport will be an advantage.
Working Hours
This is a retail-based position, and the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work according to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidaysas required.
