Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement water conservation strategies and projects.
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement in conservation efforts.
  • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Valid South African Drivers License
  • South African citizen or holder of a valid work permit
  • National Diploma (NDip) in Civil Engineering, Water Management, or a related field
  • Registered as a Candidate with ECSA
  • Over 3 years of experience in municipal water projects, including water demand, conservation, metering, and distribution
  • Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing technical projects
  • Strong understanding of water conservation principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
