About the RoleWe are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Financial Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple financial functions and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s financial health by assisting with accounting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and general financial administration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and expense trackingAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesPerform variance analysis and highlight key financial insightsMaintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policiesWork closely with auditors and support audit activitiesAssist with cash flow management and monitoringProvide financial support to different departments as neededIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3–5 years’ experience in an accounting or financial roleStrong understanding of financial principles and reportingProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and MS ExcelExcellent numerical accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesIdeal CandidateAnalytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilityStrong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts clearlyReliable, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable handling a wide range of finance tasks
