This is both a leadership and transformation role, driving cost optimisation, compliance, and profitability while mentoring a high-performing finance team.What You’ll DoLead financial strategy, planning, and business performance reviewsOversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow managementEnsure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, IFRS, and corporate governance standardsManage relationships with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatorsDrive finance transformation, process improvements, and digital adoptionSupport investment evaluations, M&A, and capital managementMentor, develop, and lead a skilled finance teamWhat You Bring10+ years’ finance/accounting experience, 5+ in senior leadershipProven track record in shipping, logistics, or manufacturingStrong understanding of Nigerian tax, labour laws, and IFRSExperience leading finance transformation and process improvement initiativesExcellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in financial systems and MS OfficeWhat Success Looks LikeRobust financial frameworks, strong governance, and sustainable growth driven by your leadership.
