Their culture thrives on innovation, personal accountability, and prioritising the evolving needs of their clients.Responsibility:As Head of Broker Development, you will be at the helm of our expansion strategy, tasked with recruiting and onboarding Broker Partners nationwide, accelerating growth across key business units, and leading a team of sales executives committed to excellence. Your leadership will empower their brokerage network, harnessing deep industry expertise and leveraging strong relationships for sustainable success.Key Responsibilities:Recruit, onboard, and nurture Broker Partners across South Africas diverse markets.Drive strategic growth in existing business units, enhancing revenue and market presence.Build, mentor, and lead a results-oriented team of new business sales executives.Collaborate closely with compliance, underwriting, and operational teams to ensure seamless partnership experiences.Foster an entrepreneurial and hands-on culture that encourages innovation and accountability.Develop and execute performance metrics and growth targets aligned with company objectives.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Financial Services, or a related field.Proven track record in sales leadership, brokerage growth, or insurance business development.Established and respected network within the short-term insurance industry.Strong leadership and team-building skills with an ability to inspire and develop talent.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to driving business results and overcoming challenges.
