They are looking for a Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A to lead the companys financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial insights functions.This is a role for a true business partner someone who can bridge finance and commercial, support strategic decision-making, and empower the executive team with accurate, actionable financial intelligence.You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business, partnering with the CEO, CFO, and regional leaders to ensure profitable growth, operational efficiency, and financial clarity across multiple channels.If youre looking to join a high-performing environment where your analytical and strategic capabilities can truly make an impact, this is the opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning processes across the business.Prepare Board and Exco packs with insightful variance analysis and executive commentary.Deliver detailed margin, profitability, and ROI analysis across customers, products, and regions.Partner with senior leadership to evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives.Drive process improvement, reporting automation, and data visualisation excellence across finance functions.Job Experience and Skills Required:Qualification: CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent financial qualification.Experience: 710 years experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering within FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors.Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise; BI tool experience (Power BI) is an advantage.Systems: ERP experience required (Syspro advantageous).Proven ability to deliver insight-driven reporting and partner effectively with executive teams.Apply nowFor more exciting Finance
