Candidate Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Must have previous working experience in a similar position in a luxury lodge environment will be advantageous
  • Must be computer literate and willing to learn new systems
  • Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written) and a high level of telephone etiquette
  • A drivers license is essential
  • Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Should be a team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
  • Should be friendly, professional and passionate about the Hospitality Industry

Key Duties:
  • Welcoming and hosting of guests
  • General front of house and reception duties
  • Bar tending and hosting where needed
  • Effective handling of guest enquiries
  • Maintain effective customer relationships

Package: Market related salary dependent on experience, Provident fund after 3 month probation, Access to the company Learner, Management System with short courses and certificates that can be completed
