REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modelling concepts,
  • Bilingual - Englishand French or English and Portuguese
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities and escalate where necessary
  • A strong team player with the ability to work with various teams including business analysts, QA and client services
  • Has strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to adapt to business processes and driven to help improve them
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in English, and French or Portuguese both verbal and written

  • Management and Analysis
  • Stakeholder communication (CV should clearly indicate number of years experience in this key performance area)
  • Documentation Quality(CV should clearly indicate number of years experience in this key performance area)
  • Project Management (CV should clearly indicate number of years experience in this key performance area)
  • Design and implementation of solutions that meet business requirements, which could range from researching and implementing off-the-shelf applications through to designing bespoke applications.
  • Delivery using agile methodologies including SCRUM.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to successfully implement IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects at a given time.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML/XSL, CSS and one of C#, .NET, Java

  • Experience working on web applications, XML web services and/or web servers is an asset

  • Demonstrate proficiency with SQL Server query or other DBMS

  • Demonstrate proficiency in a scripting language Powershell, JavaScript, other
    Understanding of core programming concepts, theories and patterns
    Experience with Azure AD or other IAM
    Experience working with issue tracking tools and source control systems.

Qualifications /Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
