Qualifications:

  • Proficient in multiple maintenance disciplines

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Physically fit for manual work
  • Professional demeanor, especially with elderly residents
Work Environment:
  • Indoor/outdoor, flexible hours, may involve working at heights or confined spaces
