QA Analyst

Our client is seeking detail-oriented QA Analyst with experience in both manual and automation testing to join their team.As a QA Analyst, you will ensure software quality by designing test cases, executing tests, and using automation tools to help deliver reliable and high-quality software.Location: Port Elizabeth/GqeberhaJob type: HybridResponsibilitiesCreate and manage Jira tickets for bugs, enhancements, and tasks.Develop and execute detailed use cases and test cases.Perform manual testing across web and mobile applications.Build, maintain, and run automated test scripts using JavaScript-based tools.Identify, track, and document bugs clearly for the development team.Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure quality releases.Minimum Requirements:1+ years of QA experience (manual and automation).Knowledge of JavaScript for automation scripting.Familiarity with tools like Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.IT-related qualification (e.g., National Diploma in Information Technology) is ideal.Certification such as ISTQB or similar is beneficial.Must reside in Port Elizabeth/GqeberhaSkills/ CompetenciesCommunication: Clear, concise, and proactiveTeam Player: Collaborative, supports peers, and proactive.Attention to detailAnalytical mindset and attention to detail Should meet the above criteria, we invite you to apply directly to the advertisement.
