Duties: Reservations and Marketing related work.Admin related work (capturing expenses and income, assisting with guest check out and check in etc).Hosting of guests and closing up after shift (rotational basis).Oversee a Housekeeping team of 3 ladies to ensure we continue to provide the wow guest factor in our rooms. Requirements: Grade 12A formal qualification will be an advantageExperience as a Duty Manager with emphasis on Administration / Housekeeping in a luxury lodge / hotel environmentExcel, Word and Outlook knowledge a mustGeneral understanding of business and hospitality a must Details: Work cycle 21 days on and 9 days off (this includes annual leave)Uniform providedAll 3 meals per day during the 21 days onAccommodation with en-suite bathroom and showerGratuities as per company policy
