Data Analyst – Durban – up to 600k per annum

Your outcome is to enable the business to solve working with large volumes of data in diverse formats and enable innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ingest large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Extract data from various internal and external sources for Business units and teams.
  • Run codes, tests and implement query programs.
  • Conduct in depth analyses and statistical requirements.
  • Interpret data, provide insights and support for strategy and collaboration.
  • Translate complex data and instructions into meaningful outcomes.
  • Accountable for performing data extraction, manipulation and descriptive/ exploratory data analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in IT/Statistical or related.
  • 3+ years knowledge & experience in a data environment.
  • Experience in working in the Agile methodology
  • Experience in Reporting and Dashboards
  • SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
  • SQL
  • ETL
  • Azure
  • DAX
  • Power BI
