Houseman

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors and dusting surfaces.
2. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
3. Assist in the setup and dismantling of events, meetings, or gatherings.
4. Support housekeeping by restocking supplies, linens, and amenities.
5. Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs.
6. Aid in the transportation of laundry, supplies, and equipment.
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and deliver superb guest experiences.
8. Uphold cleanliness standards to meet company and guest expectations.
9. Adhere strictly to safety protocols in all activities.
10. Attend to ad hoc requests from your manager or senior management.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or houseman experience is preferred.
• Reliability and strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the position.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
