Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Staff role based in Riversdale. The Staff member will support the end-to-end candidate and client process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Daily tasks include collecting and organizing CVs, identification documents, certifications, and references, and ensuring all information is complete and compliant with agency standards. The role also involves communicating with candidates and clients, answering inquiries, and providing professional, courteous service at all times. The Staff member will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to support personality and role matching, assist with administrative duties, and help maintain smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, data entry, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with candidates and clients in a professional, respectful manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and follow compliance procedures, including background and reference checks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and databases; experience in recruitment, childcare services, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a client-focused mindset; willingness to learn and adapt to agency processes.
  • Relevant secondary education; post-secondary training in administration, human resources, or a related field is beneficial.
