As a team leader, you'll manage a small, agile group of engineers, guiding them in expanding code functionality and developing innovative electronic products.
You'll work closely with real-world equipment such as generators, rectifiers, inverters, and solar controllers, ensuring seamless integration into the companys product offerings. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on engineering and leadership, with opportunities for professional growth and potential international travel.

Education:
  • A Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python programming.
  • Solid experience with embedded Linux systems, particularly in an industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with communication interfaces such as Ethernet, UART, CANBUS, and I2C.
  • Knowledge of communication standards including MQTT and Modbus.
  • Experience with GitHub and Python Flask web endpoints.
  • PCB design experience is highly advantageous.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing small teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to debug, deploy, and maintain code on embedded systems.
