WE WANT YOU to join our engineering dream team as our next Senior Automation Engineer (Mechatronics) What Youll Be Rocking: Identify potential areas of improvement in current manufacturing and/or testing equipment and processes and manage the implementation of replacement equipment/processesPlanning, leading, organising, and controlling engineering initiatives/actions to ensure future capacityrequirements are met through sustenance of existing systems and execution of new projectsIdentify new technologies, processes, or standards that can be used in the supply chain of the company to improve and optimise quality and reduce cost in the relevant manufacturing and assembly processesPlay a lead role (of a technical nature) in the development of Automation processes across the entiresupply chain. You Bring: BEng in Mechatronics engineering or equivalent is necessary7+ years experience in automation engineering and development of new systems in a highly technological environmentUnderstanding of electronic system designUnderstanding of mechanical system designUnderstanding of mechatronic system designExperience in electronic initiation and the mining industry is advantageous Reference Number for this position is GZ60696 which is a contract position based in Modderfontein offering a cost to company salary of R1.3m per annum
