An opportunity for an experienced PARTS SALES & ADMINISTRATOR EXECUTIVE is required for permanent employment based in Newcastle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selling, ordering, invoicing, receiving and checking of parts / stock
• Processing parts on the system.
• Fill the role as an internal counter sales rep.
• Experience with risk control.
• Position reports to the Parts & Workshop Manager
• Answers phone, providing price quotes and other information
• Review estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers
• Pulls and fills orders from stock
• Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
• Use and operate a computes and multiple computes programs
• Locate available parts when the store is out of stock

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Min 3-5 years previous experience working as a Parts Sales Executive in a Motor Dealership (Required)
• Panel beating experience preferable, but not essential, as the role will entail ordering parts for the inhouse panel beater.
• Extensive knowledge of Autoparts / Workshop etc
• Strong administration & counter sales skills required.
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Kerridge / Automate exp.
• Computer literate - MS Office, Google Docs
• Drivers licence
• Position based in Newcastle, local residency required.
