Position Requirements:

5 - 6 years of expeience is required.

Creating and maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the Babies and Families photos.

Videographic experience.

Handling and posing the baby with care.

Using appropriate props to help create interesting photos.

Capturing natural expressions and interactions of the baby with parents or siblings.

Editing photos to produce high-quality images.

Selecting pictures for display or inclusion in a clients album.

Working collaboratively with clients to discuss vision, style preferences & answer any questions they may have.

Offering suggestions on clothing, locations & poses that will result in beautiful photographs.

Agreement signing.

Informing clients about payment plans , digital files vs prints.

Educating people who hire you on how to prepare their home.

Knowing your gear like second nature.

Being able preparing everything before hand so when its time dealing with different personalities.

Constantly trying new things.

Problem solving if something isnt working out.

Anticipating in what needs to happen next.

Managing expectations.

Looking at each job as an opportunity of growth.
