WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

A highly skilled and motivated professional to join their team as the Head of Procurement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services essential for the development of our innovative projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  1. Procurement Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's goals and sustainability principles.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, ethical, and environmental standards.
  2. Vendor Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and agreements to optimize cost efficiency and project timelines.
  3. Budget Oversight:
    • Collaborate with project management and finance teams to develop and manage procurement budgets.
    • Monitor and control costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all procured materials and services meet Luxury Frontiers' standards.
    • Work closely with the design and project management teams to guarantee seamless integration of procurement activities.
  5. Sustainability Integration:
    • Drive initiatives to enhance the sustainability of procurement processes and materials, aligning with the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

  • Proven experience in a senior procurement role, preferably within the construction, architecture, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and sustainability principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
