Job Description:Lead and coordinate a structural engineering team through all phases of project deliveryDevelop innovative, compliant structural designs for major building and infrastructure projectsConduct and review structural analysis and modelling using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and ExcelIdentify potential design risks and implement proactive mitigation strategiesProvide expert technical support to clients, design teams, and project stakeholdersEnsure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and safetyMentor and develop junior engineers to build strong technical capability across the teamAssist with site-related engineering issues and ensure seamless design implementationSkills & Experience: Minimum 810 years of proven experience in structural engineering, ideally on large or complex projectsSound knowledge of international standards including ACI, AISC, ASCEStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical design abilitiesConfident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsEffective leader with strong project management and coordination experienceQualification:BEng / BSc / BTech in Civil (Structural) EngineeringMasters in Structural Engineering preferredPR Eng registration Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Contact MALIEKA DAWOOD on
