With a supportive culture that values teamwork, ongoing learning, and professional development, they empower their advisors to deliver world-class investment and financial planning solutions.The Role: Financial PlannerAs a Financial Planner, you'll join a high-performing team dedicated to delivering tailored financial advice and exceptional client service. You'll work closely with clients to design and implement investment strategies, onboard new investors, and provide holistic financial planning, including estate, tax, and offshore investment advice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, analytical, and growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with new and existing clients through in-person or virtual consultationsConduct comprehensive financial planning and investment analysisOnboard new clients following an established processAdvise clients on local and offshore investment strategiesAssist clients with tax planning, estate planning, and willsPrepare and present regular investment review reportsStay up to date with market trends, tax regulations, and investment productsMaintain accurate records and ensure FICA complianceAbout YouMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Planner or Investment AdvisorRelevant tertiary qualification (BCom, BusSci, or Honours preferred)Passed the RE5 Regulatory Exam (essential)Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or currently studying towards it (advantageous)Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organised, and committed to continuous learning
