  • Manage GLA modelling for a large property portfolio within an in-house, multidisciplinary practice.
  • Refine and grow the portfolio's as-built area model database for data lake export alongside the BIM Manager and Archibus system.
  • Maintain accurate GLA schedules to reflect as-built building fabric aligned with lease values in MDA.
  • Serve as the custodian of all GLA records for the property portfolio.
Qualifications
  • National Diploma in Architectural Technology.
  • Autodesk-accredited AEC Fundamentals Certificates.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Technologist role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and the full Autodesk AEC software suite.
  • Expertise in SAPOA methods for calculating building areas.
  • Experience in preparing as-built models, surveys, scans, and PDF records.
Key Skills
  • Strong discipline in the practical application of SAPOA methods.
  • High-level expertise in Revit and related AEC plugins.
  • Familiarity with Archibus is advantageous.
