An established dealership in Ermelo, Mpumalanga is looking for a Qualified and Experienced Workshop Foreman.

Requirements:

  • Must have qualified as a Diesel Technician (Non-negotiable)
  • 5 plus years experience as a Diesel Technician
  • Some experience as a Workshop Foreman is advantageous.
  • Must come have Truck Dealership experience (Non-negotiable) NOT passenger vehicles/mining/earth-moving
  • Own basic toolbox, special tools will be provided
  • Own Vehicle
  • Excellent leadership abilities

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily workflow in the commercial vehicle workshop
  • Manage breakdown status and progress
  • Compile technical reports, quotations and feedback to management
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding outwork status
  • Enforce discipline and general housekeeping of the workshop
  • Be hands-on and also work on commercial vehicles where needed

Salary:
Negotiable Basic Salary (depending on experience)
