We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about creating outstanding sales experiences. As a Sales & Customer Representative, you will be key in helping customers, meeting their needs, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales:Engage with customers to promote and sell products/services while meeting sales targets
- Customer Service:Greet, assist, and advise customers to ensure a positive and professional experience
- Lead Generation:Identify new sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships for loyalty and retention
- Product Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, features, and benefits
- Teamwork:Work closely with the team to achieve branch and company goals
- Problem Solving:Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
