Responsibilities:Dealer Profitability ManagementAnalyse dealership financial statements to assess profitability and recommend improvement plansTrack and report key dealer KPIs (e.g., gross margin, working capital, ROI)Develop dashboards and MIS reports for dealer health monitoringProvide support and guidance to underperforming dealersDealer Incentive SchemesDesign and implement incentive programs aligned with company sales and service objectivesCoordinate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless incentive disbursementTrack dealer performance against incentive metrics and share regular updates with stakeholdersAudit and validate claims related to incentive programs to avoid misuseDealer Advertisement Fund (DAF) ManagementOversee the allocation, utilization, and audit of the Dealer Advertisement FundEnsure adherence to guidelines and approval processes for dealer-led advertisingCollaborate with the Marketing team for co-branded campaigns and fund disbursalTrack ROI of local marketing efforts and recommend optimizationsDealer Claims ProcessingEstablish a transparent and timely claims management process for warranty, incentives, and other dealer reimbursementsCoordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in claimsComply with all internal process, compliance and approvalsMonitor claim turnaround times and maintain SLA adherenceImplement periodic audits to ensure compliance and accuracyDealer / Customer Financing & Banking RelationsBuild and maintain relationships with banks/financial institutions to facilitate inventory and retail financing for dealersNegotiate favourable terms for the dealer network and assist in onboarding new financiersAct as a liaison between the dealer and financial institutions to resolve funding-related issuesTrack dealer credit utilization and support in managing dealer liquidityRequirements / Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of commercial marketing management experience, preferably in the automotive industry or similar/related sectorGraduate in Commerce / Business AdministrationMBA in Finance (preferred)Strong knowledge of product positioning, consumer trend analysis, campaign planning, development and execution as well as strong project management experienceProficient understanding of digital marketing and related platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFinancial acumen and understanding of cost optimization through ROI metric measurementsCollaborative, Agile and Bold person to support dealer networkKey Relationships:Internal StakeholdersSales TeamsProduct TeamAftersales TeamMarketingExternal StakeholdersVendorsDealershipsIO Support functions Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
