Become part of a team working on Key projects inPSG Wealth Management in Partnership with business stakeholders to delivergreat value with an opportunity to make a real impact in the PSG success story.Design and Develop PSG Wealth transactional websites, Line of business systemsand processes that are at the forefront of the Digital transformation of theorganisation. Function as the link between business objectives and technologydevelopment capabilities. The candidate will primarily be involved in theanalysis and support of functionality

Key Responsibilities

• Develop businessrequirement specifications through well facilitated discussions andinterviews with relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for looking attickets, following up with Business when feedback is required andfollowing up with Developers
• Document existing businessprocesses and develop and document new business processes
• Develop functional andtechnical specification documentation
• Primary interface betweenbusiness representatives and technical resources for the development orimplementation of business applications
• Workshop or hold JADsessions to gather requirements and drive workshops when necessary
• Liaise with relevantstakeholder management to prioritize project deliverables
• Transfer of “care, custodyand control” of new processes and applications to the business owners,including user training and support
• Effective coordination ofthe projects and their inter-dependencies and any risk and any otherissues that may arise. This includes timeline and milestones management
• Continuously identify andimplement incremental improvements to current processes, independent oflarger project deliverable
• Effective stakeholdermanagement- Keep management, users and developers informed of progressthrough effective communication and management of expectations
• Minimum of 2-3years'Business Analysis experience
• Understanding of thesoftware development process
• Good negotiation abilityand communication abilities
• Ability to effectivelytranslate business requirements in technology terminology.
• Ability to explaintechnical issues back to business for decision making
