Key Responsibilities:Lead the structural design of complex mining and industrial infrastructure (shafts, plants, steel/concrete structures, dams, etc.).Deliver and oversee engineering content including drawings, calculations, and technical documents.Ensure compliance with national (SANS) and international standards.Engage with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to drive design and project outcomes.Mentor Junior Engineers and sign off on critical project deliverables as a Pr Eng.Contribute to tender processes, budgets, and construction support.Manage team resources, hours, and performance in alignment with business strategy.Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):BSc/BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)ECSA Pr Eng registration (minimum 3 years post-registration)710+ years in consulting, ideally in mining or heavy infrastructureProven project delivery in EPCM environmentsStrong background in reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation designDesign tools such as Robot, Revit, Civil 3D, and NavisworksMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Advanced modelling and information management skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
