Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of native iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Mentor, guide, and manage a team of mobile developers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features and user experiences.
• Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile application solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) platforms.
• Implement best practices for mobile development, including performance optimization, security, and testing.
• Oversee the integration of mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and platform updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the mobile applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a significant portion dedicated to leading projects or teams.
• Proven expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin, Java).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, design patterns, and human interface guidelines.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks, SDKs, and IDEs (Xcode, Android Studio).
• Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs and managing data persistence on mobile devices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Strong understanding of mobile security best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
