Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with customers. Reporting to the Site Manager, your key responsibilities will include:•Proactively engaging with customers to understand their spare parts needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.•Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our product range, including features, specifications, and compatibility with different vehicle models.•Assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical advice, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.•Actively promoting sales and special offers to encourage upselling and cross-selling of spare parts.•Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including invoicing, payment processing, and arranging for product delivery or collection.•Maintaining a clean and organized sales area, including displays, shelves, and product signage.•Participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.•Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.•Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the spare parts shop.Experience and Skills:•Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.•Enthusiastic and results-driven attitude, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.•Knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories is advantageous.•Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining customer records.•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:•High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
