About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent Commercial Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of their properties in Nelspruit . This role is essential for creating a positive impression for clients, visitors, and employees. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning duties across different commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed cleaning of office spaces, retail areas, and common facilities, including dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning carpets.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal and maintaining a clean appearance.
- Clean windows, doors, and entrance areas to enhance curb appeal.
- Report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or damages, to the property manager promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks in Nelspruit .
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a commercial environment.
