EssentialMatricBCom graduate, in Accountancy, Investments, Economics, Treasury or business related field8+ years relevant experience, of which at least 5 years working experience in a Banking Treasury environment, specific to forex, hedging strategy and hedge accountingKnowledge and understanding of SARB RegulationsExperience dealing with the SARB & Exchange Control of the local banksAbility to establish good relationships with all internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work within a team to achieve goalsWorking knowledge of Accounting principlesManagement accountancy, P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flows. Knowledge of how period end information is used within the organisation drive business decisionsSOX, IFRS and local GAAP knowledgeExcellent MS Office knowledge and skillsAbility to adapt quickly in a new environment and work on multiple systems/platformsAbility to communicate Forex information with non-finance employeesAbility to effectively communicate across all levels of FinOpsDesiredUndertaking or a desire to undertake further education to progress career.Post graduate qualification in the relevant field
