Ss is seeking a Learner Experience Lead to empower youth by delivering high-impact learning experiences in a remote-first setting. You will bridge learners with employment, freelancing, or entrepreneurship opportunities while coordinating programmes for large cohorts.
You'll design engaging learning journeys, track progress with data, and collaborate with LX Coaches to support coaches and interns. Prior experience in youth development and instructional design is beneficial for this role.
