An opportunity for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR is required for permanent employment based in Middelburg.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the dealership at reception, welcome customers, book in units for repairs/servicing.
  • Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule, and book appointments, facilitate units and customer drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • Assist with parts sourcing, and pricing and create quotes for customers approval.
  • Provide customers with feedback and information regarding the progress of unit repairs.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with fleet customers, to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Complaints handling to resolution.
  • Any other related duties as required by the Managing Director and Workshop Manager when required.
  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.
  • Maintain customer records and enter data into dealership system.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Min of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor with a strong administration capability and expertise with a reputable Dealership / Vehicle / Truck or Commercial brand
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and systems (workshop management system)
  • Experience with corporate dealerships / and volume brands
  • Track record of reaching targets
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Excellent administrative abilities
  • Grade 12 Matric + Driver''s license
  • Computer literate / Pastel / Excel / Kerridge / Pinnacle (adv)
  • Customer friendly and service orientated.
  • Able to work in a highly pressurised environment.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • Contactable references
  • Position based in Middelburg. (external applicants reason for relocation required?)
