Minimum of 5 years in:
Online transaction processing
Multi-threaded programming and solving concurrency issues
Reliable messaging protocols (TCP/HTTP/XML/SOAP/REST)
SQL database design
Proficiency in:
Linux (command line mastery)
Java SE and JEE (web applications)
Spring Framework (Security & MVC)
PostgreSQL and Oracle databases
Git, Mybatis, Gradle, and Artifactory
Bonus: Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Android, JMeter, and Tomcat
