Our well-established client based in Germiston, Johannesburg is currently seeking a Warehouse Foreman to be the middleman between office and warehouse processes.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse staff management (warehouse supervisor and staff would report to the Warehouse Foreman)
  • Stock management
  • Logistics and fleet management
  • Reports to Commercial Manager
  • Directs the flow of distribution (supplier deliveries, customer collections, company deliveries)
  • Warehouse housekeeping
  • Arrange sales orders for the following day's deliveries
  • Potentially plan loads in the future
  • Ability to be hands-on with warehouse operations, and also deal with the office admin and support required between the office and warehouse

Requirements:

  • Own vehicle
  • English and Zulu/Xhosa preferred
  • Male
  • Computer literate
  • Strong character
  • Experience in the steel industry
