Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalentNational Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field2+ years of experience as a Graphic DesignerProven experience in social media managementSolid understanding of preparing designs for print and knowledge of printing processesStrong grasp of typography, layout, and attention to detailA professional and presentable portfolioProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Skills in photography and video editingMust own a laptop capable of running design softwareValid Drivers LicenseKey Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create brand, social media, and promotional contentDevelop and present design mock-ups for approvalExecute design briefs across multiple business divisions efficientlyManage various social media platforms and content schedulesMaintain brand consistency across all creative materialsAssist with video and graphic content creation and editingHandle monthly signage orders and internal marketing material needsConduct in-house product photography when requiredMaintain and update client contact databases and printing archivesEdit and retouch product photos for digital and print useLiaise with suppliers for design-related tasksKey Attributes & Soft Skills:Strong communication skillsExceptional attention to detailSelf-driven and proactiveWell-organized with solid time management skillsDependable and able to handle multiple tasksPassionate about design and staying up-to-date with trendsIf you're passionate about design and ready to bring fresh ideas to a growing brand, we'd love to hear from you
