An opportunity for an experienced FRONTLINE ADMINISTRATOR (Patient Co-ordinator) is required for permanent employment based in Newcastle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordinate (Frontline) patients in the practice
  • General Administration duties
  • Staff co-ordination and motivation
  • Represent the practice in a front-line role.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (req).
  • Previous experience in a Medical practice (adv).
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Well spoken, presentable individual with good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Task orientated and high attention to efficiency.
  • Punctuality critical.
  • A vibrant, committed individual with a stable background, preferably a mature applicant in good health.
  • Computer Literate: Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Pastel experience an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to file and store documents in a systematic and neat manner.
  • Mon to Fri with half day Saturdays
  • Newcastle residency required.
