Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 / Senior CertificateValid PSIRA Grade A registrationValid drivers license and own reliable vehicleClear criminal recordFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishFully computer literate810 years Security Industry experience35 years Management experienceFirst Aid, Firefighting, and Health & Safety training (advantageous)Ability to conduct searches on male individualsKey ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all site security operations and personnelMaintain high operational, compliance, and performance standardsConduct client meetings, inspections, and risk assessmentsCoordinate rostering, timekeeping, and operational reportingEnforce company policies and promote safety, discipline, and qualityBuild and maintain strong, professional client relationshipsAttend and lead client meetings as requiredSkills & CompetenciesLeadershipClient LiaisonRisk ManagementProblem SolvingCommunicationTime ManagementPlanning
