We are seeking highly dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as CIT Guards/Gunners.Main Responsibilities:As a CIT Guard/Gunner, you will play a critical role in the secure transportation of assets and the protection of our crew. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Vehicle and Asset ProtectionCrew Escort ServicesAdherence to Schedule and Situational AwarenessProfessional Demeanor, Bearing, and Public RelationsLoading Bay and Transaction ProceduresExpertise in Bulk Cash CentersDisciplined ConductRequirements:PSIRA & CIT Certification.Valid Driver licence.Firearm Competency with Business Purposes.At least 2 years of experience in the CIT SectorDemonstrated commitment to security and safety.Strong observational skills and attention to detail.Ability to act effectively, fast, and accurately with a personal weapon.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Punctual and reliable.Willingness to undergo a Truth Verification Test (Polygraph Test) if required. Health and SafetyParticipate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talksReport all safety incidents to the relevant peopleDiscuss all safety incidents on all levelsFollow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/managementAttend safety education and refresher programmesComply with safety policies and procedures at workplaceDistribute safety information as and when required If you're ready to take on this important role and contribute to a leading cash management solutions provider, apply today
