Job Summary:

The general worker will perform a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth operation of the workplace. This includes manual labor, cleaning, maintenance, and assisting other employees with various duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and carrying materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (if required).
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Support production, construction teams as needed.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairing minor issues, painting).
  • Handle waste and dispose of it in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and other team members.

Skills & experience.

  • Operation & use of lawnmowers ,brush cutters, chainsaw & blowers.
  • Heavy lifting and hard labour tasks , digging & loading rubble etc
  • Painting.
  • Paving & concrete work ( basic civil experience)
  • Good comprehension 
  • Basic communication skills
