Relief Night Auditor

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end‑of‑day audits: reconcile daily financial transactions, cash, credit card payments, and room revenueBalance the guest ledger and ensure all charges (room, food & beverages, services) are posted correctly.Handle check‑ins/check‑outs during late/overnight hoursRespond to guest inquiries, complaints or emergencies during the night. Provide friendly, professional serviceSet up and manage wake‑up calls, reservation changes, cancellations, and guest requestsPrepare and distribute nightly reports for management (financial, occupancy, reservations etc.)Monitor safety and security protocols during shift; coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping if neededEnsure front‑desk area, lobby, and common areas are kept tidy and guest‑readyRequirements & SkillsPrevious experience in a front desk, auditing, or hotel night shift role preferredGood numerical / accounting skills; able to reconcile accounts, work with cash & electronic paymentsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail; ability to work independently during overnight hoursComfortable using hotel property management system (PMS) and standard office softwareReliable, trustworthy, ability to handle guest requests or issues calmlyNight shift availability, including weekends and public holidays as relief is required
